Loyola Marikina is now open to accept buyers and investors for The Trinity Ossuary. Phase 2 (which is Clusters 1-6) development is also currently ongoing. Vault is a pre-need purchase, in its pre-selling stage and therefore can only be used for inurnment upon full construction of the site which will be in: 24-36 months after purchase

SALES PROCESS:
1. Choose your vault / unit from the updated availability map 
2. Submit complete requirements
  • Buyer's Application Form
  • Supplemental Agreement Form
  • Rules & Regulations Form
  • 2 Valid ID's with 3 specimen signatures
  • Sign Purchase Agreement Form
3. Send back filled application forms via email for vault reservation. We can hold / reserve for 5 days only.
4. Upon confirmation, we will schedule an appointment for you to make payments at the office.
  • In the event you are not able to personally visit, we can send the Purchase Agreement Form via courier for you to sign. All other documents, can be sent via email and you can print & fill up. 
  • You can issue a check payment or deposit payment direct to Loyola's METROBANK account.
  • For Spot Cash payments, please include PHP 700 Notarial/Certificate Fee in making payments. For installments, this is to be paid along with your last amortization.
  • Send back via courier all complete duly-signed documents
5. Your official receipt will then be sent back to you via courier.
6. Certificate of Ownership (for Spot Cash payments / Payment Completion) are released between 3-6 months. This can be picked up at Loyola Marikina's office or again sent via courier.

FAQ'S
  1. Each unit of ossuary can accommodate one (1) set of human bones or a maximum of four (4) urns with cremated remains. 
  2. The size of an ossuary unit is 30M (W) x 30M (H) x 60M (D)
  3. Each unit of ossuary will be delivered finished inclusive of flower holder. No candle holder per unit. A candelaria will be designated per cluster.
  4. Each unit will have a provision for one (1) nameplate. The design, type of lettering and materials for the nameplate should follow the standard specification prescribed by the Developer.
  5. The fee for the nameplate is exclusive of the ossuary price. The fee will be paid upon inurnment.
  6. Only one (1) nameplate with at most four (4) names is allowed per vault.
  7. The perpetual care fund included in the gross price of the unit is only for the general maintenance of the ossuary area. Special care per unit will be shouldered by the ossuary owner. ​
  8. Pictures/Memorabilia etc. should not be placed on the vault cover​
  9. Temporary removal of the urn/s from the ossuary for celebrations or to take home will not be allowed. Permanent removal of urn from the ossuary will be subjected to the applicable fees at the time of release and guidelines of the Park Management.
  10. No alterations or improvements on the finishes and fixtures of the ossuary shall be made without prior approval of the Developer and Park Management.
  11. Damage of the ossuary or its fixtures caused by the negligence or intentional conduct of the ossuary owner or his/her guests will be accounted to the unit owner. Repair fees will be shouldered by the ossuary owner.
  12. Corresponding fees at the time of inurnment will be charged to the ossuary owner.
  13. Existing and future general provisions of Loyola Memorial Park of Marikina will be imposed.
