How to make an investment?

Golden Haven Investment is as easy as 1..2..3

STEP 1: Determine which lot investment do you want to make. Lawn Lots? Garden Niche? Family Estate? After determining which investment. You may inquire of the maps and we'll have your lots reserved

STEP 2: Fill out and submit

Customer Information Sheet
Signed Purchase Agreement
Signed Supplemental Agreement
One (1) Valid ID with 3 specimen signatures

STEP 3: Payment
Determine what kind of payment scheme you would like to avail. Spot Cash? Spot Downpayment? Avail Low DP promo? How many months?
Payment can be made thru bank transfer via BDO / GCASH / Unionbank / Metrobank / Paymaya etc.

VERIFICATION:
Once payment and documents have been verified. The head office will then send you a copy of your OR, copy of your signed Purchase Agreement, a Welcome Letter and a unique account number you can use to pay for your monthly amortization.
